As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, I am responsible for keeping their schedules and providing support so that they can focus on keeping our clients happy. As our Office Manager, my primary focus is ensuring the office runs smoothly and assisting clients in person or over the phone. I also organize events and assist with marketing and HR.

How I Increase Your Value of Time®

I am responsible for facilitating and managing the firm's administrative operations in order to ensure effectiveness of internal processes, maximization of cost efficiencies, and fostering professional relationships with vendors and organizations. My main areas of responsibilities include vendor management, marketing, and additional day-to-day office administration tasks, such as coordinating schedules, travel, and events.

My Academic Base

I graduated from Western Washington University in 2019 with a communications degree and began working as an intern at a local non-profit, Full Life Care, on the events and marketing team. During Covid, I worked my way up to Sales Lead at Horseshoe Boutique in Ballard and enjoyed focusing on the customer experience while training new team members to do the same.

What the Value of Time® Means to Me Personally

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sammy and our close group of family and friends. My husband I love to cook together and have friends over on the weekends for game nights. I also find joy traveling and trying local cuisine wherever I go!
